‘Paradox of Lotus Sutra’ is an avant garde surreal summer theme that throws light on this existing symbolism of ‘The Lotus Flower’ in context to the duality of human nature. Sutra is the thread that holds the cosmic, spiritual and physical elements together in juxtaposition with the geometric illusions that the Lotus creates - ‘PadmaMaye’.
Reworking heritage Indian dressing and putting it in a contemporary mould has been at the core of the label. The collection is influenced by nature, landscape, Indian culture, architecture, geometry and tradition, yet it has a modern aristocratic feel about it. Each piece is iconic in itself, each piece has a story to tell. The menswear silhouettes compromise of long tunic shirts with asymmetrical hem, blazers and translucent overshirts with cowl in lightweight cotton, khadi cotton, silk and linen fabrics.
